This is LAB’s multi-channel marketing solution, which allows our clients to send product related information to their customers via email and sms. Users are allowed to create/manage campaigns, customers profile as well as produce campaign reports via a tracking system. LAB’s M3 allows clients to analyze the success of each particular campaign and plan for marketing strategies going forward.
